Mescaline Moose
Mescaline is an illegal, non-addictive hallucinogenic found naturally in peyote cactus.
Painted thickly with vivid, blacklight-reactive acrylic, this wild-eyed moose is sure to be a conversation starter and would make an excellent addition to a hunting lodge or cabin getaway.

Coffee Break
One of my first jobs out of art college was working as a graphic designer for a candle company. I originally created a sketch of this beatnik while brainstorming ideas to promote a line of coffee scented candles. Years later I came across the sketch and decided to turn it into a painting. I think this piece would be a fun decorative addition to a kitchen, dining room, or any other relaxing, java sipping space.
This original acrylic on canvas painting is a large 24 inches square.

Ganesh
Ganesh is the very popular Hindu deity. I have depicted him with his traditional accoutrements. He holds an axe to cut off all bonds of attachment. The lotus flower symbolizes the realised inner self which is the highest goal of human evolution. A bowl of a modaka (sweet balls made of rice or wheat flour) symbolizes the immortality-bestowing, bliss-giving nectar of the crown chakra. And, on his outward palm is the Sanskrit symbol OM (the sacred syllable of the sound from which the world was created).
This original blacklight-reactive acrylic on canvas painting is a large 24 inches square.

Peppery Perplexity
I fill sketchbooks with strange doodles and the lucky ones become paintings. This bunny isn't quite sure why he's compelled to pepper up his pet fish and I'm not quite sure either.
This original blacklight-reactive acrylic on canvas painting is a large 16 x 20 inches.

Second Sight
This visionary has the ability to see life from a different perspective. My wife enjoys almost all of my offbeat creations but this piece gives her the heebie-jeebies.
This original blacklight-reactive acrylic on canvaboard painting is a large 16 x 16 inches.
